Tender description
States Works provide a cesspit emptying service for the island of Guernsey using a fleet of tanker vehicles capable of emptying a cesspit via a remote emptying point coupling or direct hose connection into the cesspit. The majority of customers can accept a service from a commercial vehicle that satisfies the Guernsey Width Restriction and provides an 800 imperial gallon tank for collection purposes, however a number of properties are situated in narrow country lanes or have narrow driveway access and require to be serviced by narrower vehicles.
