Soft Market Testing: 5 Bed Provision for Care Leavers Trafford’s leaving care service is interested in identifying a provider who can offer a building & a support service for 5 care leavers. The building should consist of 5 self-contained flats with an office and a communal space and be situated within Trafford borough. Direct support will be delivered Monday to Friday during daytime hours alongside a concierge service overnight and at the weekend. The provider must be ready to deliver by 1st April 2019 and within the financial budget of £177,276 p.a. The proposed contract term is 3+2. Interested organisations should supply a detailed description of the building and support service they can offer and demonstrate their ability to be ready to deliver for the 1st April 2019.
