Tender description
Housing First programme (to provide settled accommodation and intensive wraparound support for complex individuals/rough sleepers for whom existing Pathway options are unsuitable). There are a core of people with complex needs who have failed to maintain accommodation and engage with services in the supported housing pathways in the city. There is no standard set of outcome measures for housing first. However, homeless link has highlighted 3 key outcome area in the Feantsa Housing First Europe Guide. These are: — housing sustainment or retention, — enhancing health and wellbeing; — improving social integration. We would measure success as 10 former complex rough sleepers in settled accommodation or have accommodation already lined up and a date to move in. Market event 10th December.
