Commissioners across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland are looking to remodel local service provision for those affected by sexual and domestic violence. This includes perpetrators, victim-survivors, children and third parties. It incorporates prevention, support, recovery and protection services. Joint or single commissions may emerge from the period of consultation, and multiple contract notices may be issued connected to this PIN. The total current annual contract cost is in the region of 1 900 000 GBP. The region currently has a hub model which receives approximately 2 500 helpline calls, 1 500 business calls, and 200 other enquiries a quarter. Services receive direct referrals in addition to this. Police crimes and incidents related to sexual and domestic violence are in the region of 3 250 per quarter.
