SINGLE STOREY EXTENSION TO DWELLING 40 HOOKSTONE WAY, HARROGATE

Tender description

The Council requires the construction of a single storey extension to form an additional bedroom/bathroom/garage to a private owned dwelling. This work has been assessed by an Occupational Therapist and is delivered and managed under the Council’s statutory responsibilities, known as the Home Adaptations Service, for works which relate to the provision of adaptations (and associated minor works), for persons with disabilities. Contractors will be asked to submit the following:- • A Method Statement • Risk Assessments • Training and Qualification records for employees The work will comprise of a pre-start site survey with Harrogate Borough Council’s Maintenance Surveyor and agreeing the programme of work with the occupant. Work will be based on the priced schedule. Contractor to confirm start date with the client at least one week beforehand.
