Northern Gas Networks (NGN) intend to appoint a single supplier to provide managed print services. Northern Gas Networks (NGN) intend to appoint a single supplier to provide the following: — print services — printing (A4 and A3), scan, fax, photocopy and wide format printing at selected sites, — “follow me” printing to allow printing to any location, with a user log in at the printer, — a pay per print commercial model, where NGN do not own the printers, — automated alerts to order new toner when levels are low to maintain a seamless service to colleagues, — monthly management information on prints by location and per user, — monthly service review meetings, — rental of all equipment.
