Service design consultancy to create an opportunity bank for young people

Tender description

Last year we established an independent Life Chances Commission to investigate how we can enable young people in Waltham Forest to thrive. The Commission highlighted the need to create more opportunities for young people and better connect disadvantaged young people to existing opportunities. One of the Commission’s flagship recommendations was to create an Opportunity Bank that initiates a step-change in how young people access opportunities in the borough. We are seeking a service design agency to work with us to design our Opportunity Bank ensuring that it delivers tangible change in creating and connecting young people to opportunities.
