Tender description

3 year extended warranty maintenance agreement with the Original Equipment Manufacturer for all Heidelberg equipment. 3 year agreement awarded to original equipment manufacturer due to Heidelberg being sole supplier of the systems being covered and therefore all work must be completed by a Heidelberg trained engineer. Parts cannot be obtained by 3rd party providers as Heidelberg are exclusive providers of Heidelberg Products in the UK both manufacture and in distribution. Any use of 3rd party repair (inclusive of any part/products) would invalidate any contract or warranties on the system and may cause further damage to the equipment.
