Parenting Support for Parents of Children with suspected or diagnosed ADHD

Tender description

This service specification will deliver a service to support children and young people and their families who present with diagnosed or suspected Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) providing support and advice on a range of issues. The service provider will deliver a range of NICE recommended interventions on behalf of the Local Authority The provider will through the contract provide: • a range of services to meet the needs of children and young people and their families • parental support including telephone advice and guidance, parent training and family coaching, parent support groups and drop in advice clinics across the county • provide a referral system to enable children and young people to be transferred between services as required within appropriate time scales • collect routine outcome measures (ROMS) and share evidence based outcomes to meet the requirements of the local authority underpinned by the Troubled Families Programme and the Families Outcomes Plan.
