Tender description
All Wales Medical Genetics Service will acquire a next generation sequencing (NGS) panel for the porpose of familial hypercholesterolaemia diagnostic screening. Due to the continually increasing sample numbers, the laboratory would like to move the familial hypercholesterolaemia diagnostic service to a Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) platform that meets the current service requirements as well as incorporating additional genes to expand the service repertoire in accordance with the specifications of service users. The requirement is to provide both off the shelf and custom made panels that would meet the laboratories requirements.
