Maintenance and Support of Cisco Networking hardware and software - AWARD

Tender description

The University has a large Cisco networking infrastructure that provides wired and wireless networking across all Campus buildings. As part of provisioning a fit for purpose large enterprise network for students and staff we must ensure that all equipment is resilient, secure, licensed and supportable, all via a relevant and active maintenance agreement contract. The universities current contract for maintenance and support of Cisco networking hardware and software is ending 31.10.18. Therefore we are looking for a new contract for a 13 month duration starting 1.11.18. Cisco are our manufacturer of choice and therefore to be successful in the role the supplier must be a affiliated partner of Cisco. The university has an infrastructure of Cisco Hardware physically located and operational across a number of University Campus sites. Suppliers who are interested in bidding should complete and return Document 1 and 2 by the closing date.
