Ref: [7016] : LOCOMITIVE GOVERNORS OVERHAUL SERVICE Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) invites suitably qualified companies to participate in a tender process for the provision of the services required to Overhaul their Locomotive Governors. Scope of Works: Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) has a 3 year requirement for a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide their services to overhaul and repair of rolling stock locomotive governors from its 201 and 071 fleet. Applicants must show that they have the relevant experience in providing this repair service which is required by IÉ. Details of the Governors to be overhauled and repaired are outlined below: • Governor Type GM 40047802 [GOVERNOR ILR-PGEV * * 201_CLASS] • Governor Type GM 9549691 [GOVERNOR PNEUMATIC * * 071_CLASS] IÉ have a requirement to overhaul in the region of approx. 9 locomotive governors per annum which will be overhauled over a 3 year period. Please note that there is a mandatory requirement that the Applicant is at a minimum ISO9001:2008 (or equivalent) certified and has demonstrated that their quality management procedures are equal to those of RISQS/RISAS or IRIS etc. Please take time to read the content of the notice carefully and to ensure that you provide all requested information by the specified closing date.
