Tender description

Part 1: The University intends to replace obsolete Euro Profile Locksets around the Campus and has secured funding for Phase 1 (to supply and install 450 locksets in 12 buildings). The University may secure further funding for Phase 2 (Residences) and Phase 3 (low-medium risk buildings) and this work will also be awarded to the successful supplier (provided Phase 1 has been carried out in accordance with the agreement and to the satisfaction of the University). The University requires a specialist supplier to carry out these installations. Part 2: The successful supplier will also become the University’s Contracted Supplier for locks, keys and associated ironmongery supplies and installations, either as part of the delivery of capital projects, or for ad-hoc installations as and when required.
