Tender description
Albion Mill is a new Build and is a comprehensive service offer jointly commissioned with the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and Clinical Commissioning Group and will comprise: - Sub-acute, rehab, step-up and short-term/interim care The Engagement event will take place on the 12th December 2018 at 2pm - Meeting Room A, Floor 2, Old Town Hall; Blackburn. (Please note this is an engagement event only) Apartment/ suite based accommodation Albion Mill Build will facilitate: - Two blocks linked by a two storey building 50 Extra Care Apartments over five floors 24 specialist housing apartments Link building/Com areas Care, rehabilitation and therapy that flexes around the person Use of wider facilities Intermediate care is across two floors 31 one bedroom units 4 two bedroom apartments On site staff facilities Sluice Laundry room Nurse station If you could please confirm your attendance by 7th December 2018 by email to sharon.dillon@blackburn.gov.uk Keywords: intermediate care , Adult Social Care
