The contract will be held by NHS England as the Contracting Authority, but bidders should note the possibility of the contract being novated to the supervising trust during the contract term, as further described in the procurement documentation. The initial contract duration is 48 months, with possible extension(s) of up to a further 36 months. The total annual value for this procurement inclusive of non-reclaimable VAT is 1 772 160 GBP. Bidders will need to ensure they are able to provide dialysis treatment in accordance with the specification and that all necessary supplies and support services for dialysis provision, including signposting to relevant Trust and GP support services, are provided. Bidders should note that this is a partial re-procurement of a previously advertised requirement – OJEU reference 2018/S 199-451806. The resulting contract will be held by NHS England as the Contracting Authority, but bidders should note the possibility of the contract being novated to the supervising trust during the contract term, as further described in the procurement documentation. The supervising trust is North Bristol NHS Trust. In bidding for this procurement, bidders accept and agree that the contract may be novated away from NHS England and to the supervising trust during the contract term. Any such novation will be against the existing terms of the contract, and in line with Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The initial contract duration is 48 months, with possible extension(s) of up to a further 36 months. The total annual value for this procurement inclusive of non-reclaimable VAT is 1 772 160 GBP.
