Tender description

NHS Merton, Sutton and Wandsworth CCGs are seeking expressions of interest from providers to help inform their joint contracting approach for a potential future community ophthalmology service. The CCGs would welcome interested providers responding having read the memorandum of information and draft service specification. NHS Merton, Sutton and Wandsworth CCGs are seeking expressions of interest from providers to help inform their joint contracting approach for a potential future community ophthalmology service. The CCGs would welcome interested providers responding having read the Memorandum of Information and draft service specification. The CCGS have an intention to award a single contract for an initial 3 years with the option of one further extension of up to 2 years, i.e. potentially for 5 years (contract start date to be confirmed). The maximum potential annual value of the proposed contract to deliver activity for all 3 of the CCG is 370 000,00 GBP. The CCGs will consider expressions of interest from any provider capable of delivering all or part of the requirement. The CCGs are happy to facilitate collaborative solutions from different providers.
