Leicester City Council is seeking to establish a new contract for enforcement services using a common specification to cover the following categories: — Council tax and business rates (including business improvement district levy) — parking services to include parking penalty charge notices and camera device enforcement — sundry debts (these are all other debts not described above; e.g. commercial rent arrears, care costs, housing benefit overpayments, former tenant rent arrears and maintenance and repair costs).
