First Choice Homes Oldham want to provide customers with the materials to decorate their own home. In most cases this will be in the form of a paint pack. The paint pack should include sufficient materials to decorate the property including woodwork and any accessories should be included such as fillers, brushes and rollers. The colour choices for the paint used will be limited to neutral tones; we would usually allow customers 3 colour choices for a property of 1 bedroom or less, 4 choices for two bedrooms and 5 choices for a three or four bedroomed property. The products should be delivered direct to the customers home, some customers may which to take the items directly from a store.
