South Tyneside Council wish to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of event services including equipment and event stewarding. The framework agreement will be divided into lots as follows: — Lot 1: Barriers, — Lot 2: Stages, — Lot 3: Big screens, — Lot 4: Temporary toilets, — Lot 5: Temporary Offices and storage units, — Lot 6: PA systems, — Lot 7: Lighting, — Lot 8: Marquees, tables and chairs, — Lot 9: Radios, — Lot 10: Stewarding, — Lot 11: PA/Lighting/Technical Support for Staff Award and Civic Ball.
