Tender description

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI), established by Government under the Sustainable Energy Act 2002, has a mission to play a leading role in the transformation of Ireland into a society based on sustainable energy structures, technologies and practices. The objective of this RFT was to establish a framework of contractors to install Better Energy Warmer Homes scheme and Warmth and Wellbeing pilot scheme energy efficiency measures in eligible homes nationwide. Award criteria will be evaluated based on necessary skills to complete these works. Lot B includes: attic insulation, cavity wall insulation, external wall insulation, internal wall insulation, heating upgrades, associated ventilation requirements (and where recommended by SEAI’s Managing Agent Lot D and D+ Lot D+ includes attic insulation, cavity wall insulation, external wall insulation, internal wall insulation and heating upgrades, associated ventilation requirements (& where recommended by SEAI’s Managing Agent window/door upgrades under Warmth and Wellbeing pilot scheme in Dublin). Award criteria will be evaluated based on necessary skills to complete all these works.
