CPH003 Mental Health and Wellbeing Approach for Workplaces, Managers and Employees

Tender description

The Council is seeking an experienced Mental Health Provider to deliver a robust programme of advice, guidance and support to enable organisations in adopting a mental health approach in their workplace. Experience and the ability to demonstrate the strategic/organisational change is a key element of the delivery of the project. This extensive programme will provide face to face advice and guidance on strategic approaches and organisational change for the whole organisation, managers and employees. The programme will be delivered in workplace organisations within Derbyshire (excluding Derby City) and will be tailored towards the needs of the individual organisations, and supported by Healthy Workplaces Derbyshire (HWD). The programme will form part of a whole-system approach to improve mental health and wellbeing and will help organisations to develop and maintain a wellbeing culture within the workplace. The initial contract period is for 1 year commencing no later than 01 January 2019 with the option to extend for a further 12 month period. The budget for this project is up to a maximum of £25,000 per annum. As a guide the council suggests the budget allocation split should be:  £5k Organisation (Strategic advice, guidance and support).  £10k Manager Programme.  £10k Employee Programme.
