Contract to deliver the Neillsbrook Car Park and Community Space Project

Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of a Contractor to deliver the Neilsbrook car park and Community Space project. The project includes a 53 space car park, 4 additional car park spaces, a coach parking bay, the demolition of existing wall and the construction of a new landscaped community area. See Annex 1 schematic plan. Project Scope – New 53 space car park (Central area surfaced in reinforced concrete) with collapsible bollards and two lighting columns, 4 car park spaces adjacent to bowling green, a coach bay adjacent to Neilsbrook road, the removal of an existing wall and the construction of a new landscaped community space overlooking the river.
