Tender description

This Framework Agreement is for the provision of specialist technical temporary resources within Hampshire, including resources in the fields of, including but not limited to, highways engineering and property services (including but not limited to such disciplines as design and supervision, building surveyors, ecologists and environmental engineers, street lighting, CAD technicians, public relations consultants and project management), climate change and energy, waste management, landscaping and heritage, planning and transportation. Hampshire County Council is carrying out a market engagement exercise to inform potential suppliers that the procurement process for this framework is commencing. It is planned to issue a Contract Notice for this Framework during the summer of 2019. Lot 1 will entail a “catalogue” of specialised providers for direct call off contracts according to which supplier best meets the needs of the resource requirement by reference to the information detailed in the catalogue. This catalogue will comprise the supply of resources for highways and transportation operations. This will include the direct provision of design engineers, supervision engineers, surveyors, transport policy, provision of ecological and environmental specialists, waste development specialists, landscape planning, structural engineers, street lighting engineers, planning and programming specialists, CAD technicians, building surveyors, and public relations consultants for engineering communications and marketing. This list is not exhaustive. Full details will be included in the tender document. Lot 2 will entail a “catalogue” of staff agencies for direct call-off contracts according to which supplier best meets the needs of the resource requirement by reference to the information detailed in the catalogue. This catalogue will comprise the supply of resources for highways and transportation operations. This will include the direct provision of design engineers, supervision engineers, surveyors, transport policy, provision of ecological and environmental specialists, waste development specialists, landscape planning, structural engineers, street lighting engineers, planning and programming specialists CAD technicians, building surveyors, and public relations consultants for engineering communications and marketing. This catalogue will comprise the supply of services to deliver the scope of the framework, which will include the direct provision of highways and structural design, site supervision, land survey and building surveying, transportation policy services, ecological and environmental specialisms, waste management and development specialists, landscape planning services, street lighting design, planning and programming services, CAD delivery and the provision of public relations and marketing services for engineering.
