Tender description

Newcastle City Council is seeking to appoint a provider to supply a Lone Worker solution for a minimum of a 24 month framework contract, with a further 2x 12 month option to extend. The Authority does not currently have a consistent system in place and wishes to have a standard solution across all business areas. At the highest level, the Council wishes to: — Procure a technological solution which is appropriate for all levels of protection required by a local authority, — Remove manual processes, — Provide a standard solution to support safe lone working.
