Tender description

A Periodic Indicative Notice (PIN) was previously published (for advertisement purposes only and on a voluntary basis) in the supplement to the OJEU in October 2018, indicating that Bord Na Móna intends to provide a means for suppliers to qualify as Biomass suppliers through the establishment of a number of qualification systems over the coming months. This is the first call for competition (also published for advertisement purposes only and on a voluntary basis) for the establishment of qualification system 2 — International concept biomass supply chains. The other four qualification systems will be established through separate calls for competitions that will be published shortly.
