WA-MC: appointment of clerk of works Select List - various borough-wide residential new build development over the next 5 years

Tender description

Waverley council is undertaking a borough-wide housing redevelopment programme, across various sites for the provision of social / affordable housing. In support of delivering a quality product with its contractors, the council is keen to create a select list from which clerk of works can be appointed to safeguard the council's interests during the construction of these homes. The council expects to deliver approximately 120-200 new homes over the next 5 years, during which period these services will be required. In addition, there will other non-residential development undertaken by other parts of the council which will also require similar clerking services. Suitably qualified and experienced firms are therefore invited to tender to provide the council with this call-off service, at rates to be agreed. Appointments will be made before the end of year with the first site commencing construction in spring 2019
