School catering services

Tender description

Endeavour MAT wishes to procure the services of a contractor who will provide a fully managed catering service for 3 secondary school's. The leadership of Endeavour MAT want to appoint a caterer to provide a fully managed catering service at it's 3 secondary schools and any school's that partner with the MAT during the 3-year term of the contract. The MAT wants the caterer to provide meals that will encourage the school community to make healthy choices and in turn increase the uptake of the meals that are served. It is envisaged that the services will be managed by one contractor for the duration of the contract. No submissions citing provision for individual schools will be accepted. The procurement will take place in stages: 1st, 2nd and 3rd October — Site Visits. 26.10.2018 — Tender submission. 9.11.2018 — Shortlisted suppliers invited to present their submission. 16.11.2018 — Tender Award. 5.4.2019 — Contract start date.
