First Choice Homes Oldham are inviting tenders for the provision of a framework for external works that will include the following work streams: — roof renewal/maintenance, — chimney, — roofline, — rain water products (gutters, etc.), — wall finish, — windows and doors, — painting, — communal works, — landscaping, — fencing, walls and other boundary treatments, — drainage, — structural works. The anticipated value of works through the framework will be between 7 000 000 GBP to 12 000 000 GBP over the 4 year term. The anticipated value of each call of will be from 200 000 GBP to 2 500 000 GBP.
