Tender description
The Welsh Government wishes to commission an experienced contractor to undertake an evaluation of Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014. Contractors will be expected to undertake an evaluation of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014. This includes conducting a literature review as well as developing a logic model/theory of change at the outset. Contractors will then be required to undertake a comprehensive process and impact evaluation, as well as conducting a review of the financial implications of the Act. The evaluation will run for 3 years with interim reporting points before a final evaluation report in 2021.
