Request for Tenders (RFT) to establish Multi Supplier Framework Agreement (FWA) for the Provision of Legal Services to Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg). Lot 1: Regulatory and competition law advisory Lot 2: Regulatory and competition law advisory and related litigation. Lot 3: General District Court and Circuit Court litigation Lot 4: General corporate law advisory and related litigation Please refer to Tender Documentation uploaded to RFT 133656 on http://www.etenders.gov.ie/ in order to complete Tender Application. This competition relates to ‘Annex XIV Services’ as listed in Annex XIV to Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement (the “Procurement Directive”). As Annex XIV Services, pursuant to Regulation 76 of the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 284 of 2016) ComReg is not bound by the detailed provisions for the open, restricted, competitive procedure with negotiation, competitive dialogue or innovation partnership procedures set out in S.I. No. 284 of 2016. Accordingly, this competition is not being run under any of these procedures and is instead being run under Part III, Chapter 1 of S.I. No. 284 of 2016, in accordance with the procedures set out in this RFT.
