Public Buildings - Building Repairs & Maintenance Contract

Tender description

Canterbury City Council (“the Council”) wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the undertaking of Building Repairs & Maintenance on Public Buildings and invites prospective suppliers to submit a Tender to meet the Council’s requirements. The specific requirements for the above are detailed in the Specification at APPENDIX A. It should be noted that by submitting a Tender, you confirm that you understand and can meet these requirements. It is a condition of the Invitation to Tender that all contractors attend an accompanied site visit, which is expected to take 2.5 - 3 hours. Any contractor who does not attend one of these site visits will be disqualified from the tender process. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 1 April 2019 and will continue for a period of 3 years (with the possibility of a further 1 year plus 1 year extension at the discretion of the Council) unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
