Provision of services for people with a hearing impairment

Tender description

The service provides information, advice and advocacy services to adults and children and young people with a hearing impairment in Bromley. The Contractor will also provide an equipment service with demonstration and provision of equipment. In addition to these core services ,a range of social and wellbeing activities for hearing impaired residents will be provided by the Contractor including; • Hard of hearing groups including Lip-reading classes; • Craft clubs; • Tinnitus groups; • Hearing aid battery service; • British Sign Language practice groups; • Bright Deaf/Blind service; • Employment services
