Tender description
The Parish of St Helier department for Technical & Environmental Services is presently responsible for the operation of approximately 908 luminaires located within the Parish of St Helier. To date the luminaires listed in clause 2.8 Street Lighting List are no longer maintained and the remainder are still maintained by existing agreements with the J.E.C. As existing agreements expire, those listed in clause 2.9 List of maintenance agreements expiring during the service period, will become part of this street lighting maintenance contract. This contract is intended to provide a fault repair and maintenance service to all street lighting luminaires specified in the contract to an acceptable service level, in a competent manner that will maintain and enhance the Parish of St Helier lighting stock for the safety and convenience of the public.
