Tender description

Single prevention and early intervention service to: — deliver healthy child programme, — deliver core purpose of Children's Centres, — provide prevention, universal and additional support, — coordinate additional support with other services/workers, — develop and build community capacity, — support and develop health promoting settings, — through a skill mixed multidisciplinary service using a progressive universalism approach, — use evidence based tools, assessments, interventions and an asset based approach. An integrated innovative service model (not a sum of its parts) Annual contract value circa 9 500 000 GBP TUPE will apply.
