Locality Home Care and Support — Clarification Meetings. The Invitation to Tender will be issued at the end of November for the new Locality contract. To give prospective bidders an opportunity to hear how certain aspects of the new contract will operate SCC will be holding Clarification meetings in December. The areas that SCC will cover are as follows: — the new operating model for home care and support, — the connect areas, — the ranking system for allocating care. These meetings will be tightly managed and will not give any information on completion of the evaluation questions. There will be a presentation followed by a Q&A session that will be recorded and subsequently placed on Suffolk Sourcing so that all information is available to all potential bidders.
