Tender description

This PIN has been drawn up to provide a justification and explanation for the direct award of a 12 month contract to BOC ltd in relation to community respiratory service provision for North East Hampshire and Farnham CCG, between 1.4.2019 and 31.3.2020. The current contract is due to finish on 31.12.2018 having undergone an initial extension for a 3 month period between 1.1.2019 and 31.3.2019 to facilitate progress of the Mission pilot project. The reason for the proposal of this direct award is to provide additional time to facilitate the procurement of a new community service in light of the service and system developments that have been realised through the Vanguard programme (2015-2018), and the continuing workstreams within the Frimley Integrated Care System (ICS – formally the Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP)).
