Tender description
Derby City Council, working on behalf of the Derby Opportunity Area (OA) Board and the Department for Education, is inviting tenders for the supply of a number of services that together, will form the TALK Derby programme. TALK Derby is a programme of support to strengthen the development of speech, language and communication skills in the early years in Derby. The overall aim of TALK Derby is to increase the social mobility of children in some of the most disadvantaged areas of Derby. The successful service provider(s) will be responsible for providing these, liaising closely with the Contract Manager, the Primary Strategy Group (PSG) and the Opportunity Area (OA) Board and the Department for Education (DfE). Lead Coordinating Organisation for TALK Derby. Family engagement provider. Speech, language and communication training provider. TALK Derby Evaluation.
