CTP874 Provision of Falls Prevention Services

Tender description

The Council is inviting tenders for the Provision of Falls Prevention Exercise Service. The provision of a high quality falls prevention exercise service in Derbyshire (excluding Derby City) will meet the following requirements: • Coordinate and support approximately 140 existing groups to a high standard • Promote SNF service amongst partners and with target population groups across Derbyshire • Increase capacity of the SNF service by recruiting and training instructors in areas of greatest need and where inequality of access remains prevalent • Monitor the uptake and outcomes of the SNF service in accordance with the tender specification Please note there is an element of TUPE with this procurement.
