Tender description
Suffolk Costal District Council and Waveney District Council are commissioning a social prescribing service which will establish a bridging framework between individuals and the appropriate service for their (non-clinical) needs by providing 15 community connectors in 6 Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) across Mid and East Suffolk. The Supplier Engagement Day will take place 2:00 p.m. 6.12.2018 at East Suffolk House, Station Road, Melton, Woodbridge, IP12 1RT.
