Tender description
The Wentworth Woodhouse Preservation Trust is seeking to appoint a contractor to carry out roof and conservation fabric repairs as part of a second phase of works to protect significant architectural features and interiors of this Grade I Listed Country House and stables set within a Grade II Star Registered Landscape. The works are being funded by DCMS via Historic England to protect Heritage at Risk. The house will be in commercial use throughout the works including filming, tours, weddings and events; public engagement and training are an important aspect of this project. Wentworth Woodhouse Phase 2 roof and conservation repairs.
