The objective of this RFT was to invite proposals from suitably experienced and knowledgeable organisations or individuals to undertake a study to inform SEAI’s approach to market surveillance of the EU Energy Labelling Regulation, the EU Ecodesign Directive, and associated product specific implementing regulations.
