Tender description

The attached document sets out a call for proposals to provide services to Dublin City Council for the production, planning, installation, maintenance, removal and disposal of a “City Spectacular” to coincide with Dublin’s hosting of four matches for the UEFA European Championships in June 2020. The brief is intentionally open in its approach and scope, in order to encourage a range of artistic responses and there is no set formula for delivery, other than that the installation must be football related (it must resonate with the tournament), and seek to showcase Dublin’s culture and personality as a creative, fun-loving and welcoming city.
