Tender description

Electric vehicle charging points concession framework contract. Chelmsford City Council is establishing a framework contract on behalf of Essex Councils, Essex Parking Partnerships and other members of the Procurement Alliance of Essex. The initial call off by Chelmsford City Council will be for 6 charging units at City Centre Car Parks. The intention of the framework agreement is that all installations will be at least cost neutral for the client, and potentially lead to a profit share. This will be a competitive procurement with negotiation. As above.
