Tender description

Carlisle is a growing City with an ambitious City Council who are planning pro-actively and enthusiastically to enable and guide this growth. Following the designation of St Cuthbert’s as a Garden Village in early 2017, we embarked on an extensive programme of public engagement to create a strong vision, set of principles and design concept for St Cuthbert’s. As we now move the planning of our Garden Village forward to detailed masterplanning and policy development, we are looking to add the right consultancy service to our passionate and committed team – can you show how you would contribute to our agenda and help us to raise our game? We’ve adopted the Competitive Dialogue procedure to enable us to meet with bidders throughout the tender process and discuss our requirements in more detail. Phase 1 - Selection Questionnaire is attached, along with a draft brief for the next phase. 3-5 bidders who submit successful Selection Questionnaires will be asked to submit a tender – this is phase 2.
