Tender description

The Council is looking to set up a Framework for Manned Security Guard Services for the following lot(s): Lot 1: Aycliffe Secure Centre; Lot 2: Depot Guarding, Key Holding and Access Control; Lot 3: NETPark Incubator; Lot 4: Site Security; Lot 5: Crowd Management and Event Security; Lot 6: Lone Worker. The Council intends to appoint a single Provider for Lot(s) 1, 2 and 3 and a maximum of 3 ranked bidder(s) for Lot(s) 4, 5 and 6. TUPE is applicable to Lot(s) 1, 2 and 3. The Framework is to commence on 1.11.2018 for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
