Who Speclialist Work With Senior NCA Officers What Specialists Work On There is a need for a service provision that provides a number of improvements to the NCA’s IT supplier base following their novations in January 2018 to the Agency. Location Bristol/London Where the Work Takes Place Spring Gardens Vauxhall London SE11 5EN Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements Occasional travel to sites Bristol / London. Expenses rate to be no more that civil service rates, show as a separate cost line. Report to Live Services Head of Performance Liaise with Commercial, finance, suppliers and other key stakeholders in live services as required Work Location Spring Gardens Vauxhall London SE11 5EN Security Clearance A minimum SC clearance to be upgraded to SC enhanced, until 31st March 2019. Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience Review the current processes and deliver improvements to the methodology and RACI that will improve the NCA Financial System (iPOS) approvals for the ICT processes Review and where necessary create a methodology to reduce the volume of accruals received by Accounts Payable for Tech Command. Complete analysis of prime supplier time and materials charges. A report on the analysis will be created for the next four monthly supplier boards. Receive new resource requests analyse against the financial model and provide disparity info to the next four monthly service boards Analysis /create a robust, logical methodology and process to manage variances in supplier charges following changes, decommissioning or contractual uplifts e.g. indexation. For reporting to finance for the ongoing forecast There will be a need for the supplier to raise PO’s and track and chase approvals Nice to Haves No. of Specialists to Evaluate 4 Cultural Fit Criteria Work as a team with our organisation and other suppliers Be transparent and collaborative when making decisions Take responsibility for their work Share knowledge and experience with other team members Can work with clients with low technical expertise Have a no-blame culture and encourage people to learn from their mistakes Assessment Method Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 60% Cultural fit 20% Price 20% Questions from Suppliers Budget range £450
