Tender description

Warwick District Council intend to establish a Play Area Framework agreement for 3 years with and option to extend for up to 12 months for the provision of design and build of new play areas and the supply of individual play area equipment for spares, repairs and replacement items. The Framework call-off award will be two ways: Further competition for design and installation of new play areas, and direct award for the supply of individual items of play equipment for spares, repairs and replacements. The maximum number of suppliers required will be 6. Tenders are invited for a place on the Warwick District Council Play Area Framework. Framework suppliers will be required to design and build new play areas and supply individual items of play equipment for spares, repairs and replacements. The maximum number of suppliers required are 5. The procurement process being used is open and compliant with the EU Public Procurement Directive 2016
