The contract being let is for a carers service, delivering multiple projects without lots. Consortium bids are encouraged, along with lead/sub-contractor arrangements. Consortium bids are encouraged, along with lead/ sub-contractor arrangements. In these instances, a lead organisation. Bids will be evaluated on commercial basis (cost) and quality basis. 25 % of the weighting is based on the commercial bid, and 75 % of the weighting is on quality. The winning bid will work in partnership with the commissioners to implement the project through a series of implementation meetings between January 2019 and March 2019 ahead of contract commencement.
