Tender description

On 1.4.2014 the Contracting Authority established a 16 lot framework (framework) for NHS Wales Health Boards are provision of mental health and learning disabilities services. The tender process establishing the framework provides for periodic “refreshes”. The Contracting Authority is now refreshing the framework to: 1) Invite potential providers to tender for appointment onto the framework and 2) Allow existing framework providers to vary their service offering by revising their prices/adding new units. The framework duration is 1 year from 1.4.2019. Current framework providers are not required to respond to this notice. A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) provides more detail.
