This is a prior information notice to give advance notice to potential suppliers of Tier 3 weight management services that Tower Hamlets council will be holding a supplier engagement event on Wednesday 12.12.2018 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon pm at Lab 6, Idea Store Whitechapel, 321 Whitechapel Road, London E1 1BU. Please note you must register to attend. Please send expressions of interest to Afia Khatun: afia.khatun@towerhamlets.gov.uk with the subject title “Tier 3 — supplier engagement event”. Deadline for expressions of interest in attending the event is: Wednesday 5.12.2018. The council will be commencing a formal procurement process in early December 2018 for a supplier of tier 3 weight management service. This service will focus on people with BMI ≥ 35 with comorbidities and BMI ≥ 40 without co-morbidities. Our current tier 3 service commissioned by LBTH to support obese adults in Tower Hamlets comes to an end in February 2019. Please note you must register to attend.
